Question 13 will ask you how well you can understand, speak, read and write English.  Question 14 asks you whether you can understand Scots, speak Scots, read Scots and write Scots.  You have to tick the box beside each of these skills that you have.  If you are unsure how to answer for any of these skills there are plenty of examples in the sections below. Question 15 asks you if you can use British Sign Language (BSL).  Question 16 asks what your main language is.  If you believe Scots is your main language tick the box marked 'other' and write SCOTS in the box underneath.
